Professional and personal balance is a key factor of well-being, carreer development and, as shown in recent studies, productivity andsuccess for organisations. However, even if the concept is well known, implementation is still very variable from one company to another. During this event, we aim to highlight to which extent a cultural change is needed to allow this personal and life balance to be effective and will explore the tools that can allow this change both at a corporate and individual level.
