You have carefully prepared your pitch... you have lots of facts and reasons on your side... and still the whole thing takes a turn you definitely hadn't planned for. We'll provide you with insights about why this happens and what to do about it. To achieve your objectives for a meeting we need the buy-in of colleagues, sponsors, other functions before hand. This takes a bit (different) preparation and diligence -and might spare you a lot of work and frustration on the other end.
