Gender balance in the era of virtual working: cross-company perspectives

COVID-19 has brought unprecedented challenges, one of which is the migration towards working from home, which has rapidly become the new normal for many of us. How are companies rising to this new development and did this shift impact gender balance? Join us in this virtual event, organized in collaboration with the Novartis HBA Ambassadors, giving you the possibility to speak to industry leaders and learn about the advantages and potential challenges, about career progression and how we can best adapt to this new way of working. The event will feature a welcome by Janneke van der Kamp, Head of Region Europe, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, followed by an interactive panel discussion of cross-company leaders and will end with a networking session.

Please join us for this exciting educational session. Come prepared with your questions!
