HB8: Join Leslie Lippard of Genentech on Shifting Cultures

Have you ever tried to change the culture of an organization? Do you see opportunities in your own organization? Join HBA San Francisco Bay Area director at large, market research Leslie Lippard, associate director, pipeline and portfolio planning, Genentech, Inc., for a discussion about how to recognize when a culture needs to change and how to go about making the change.

 

Leslie has spent a decade working in strategy and portfolio planning, and another decade in market research. Lately, she's been keenly interested in how individuals shape organizations and how organizations shape individuals.

 

We take care of the reservation and logistics and you bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. Event fee covers administrative and chapter costs. Participants are responsible for their food and beverage costs. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please do your best to arrive on time.
