Have you ever tried to change the culture of an organization? Do you see opportunities in your own organization? Join HBA San Francisco Bay Area director at large, market research Leslie Lippard, associate director, pipeline and portfolio planning, Genentech, Inc., for a discussion about how to recognize when a culture needs to change and how to go about making the change.
Leslie has spent a decade working in strategy and portfolio planning, and another decade in market research. Lately, she's been keenly interested in how individuals shape organizations and how organizations shape individuals.
