HBA SAN DIEGO PRESENTS

Feeling Anxious Lately? The Invisible Impact of COVID on Your Physical and Mental Well-Being

Working from home presents a new set of challenges as you’ve already learned. Though, are you aware of all of the challenges? Esteemed UC San Diego Rady School of Management faculty member, Dr. Sally Sadoff, will share her research on mental and physical health related to the COVID-19 pandemic. UC San Diego Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) Counselor Jennifer Triana, LCSW, will provide ideas and insights into ways to mitigate these challenges, both known and unknown. Join us and learn what the research is showing about the impact of COVID-19 and social distancing. Leave the session inspired to be the person that is sharing tips with your colleagues and how to take control of the pandemic so it’s not controlling you.
