PEACE Workshops - Develop Your Agility (event will be held in French)
In our ever-changing world, being able to connect our past experiences to our present situation is invaluable. Adapting to new business strategies, working across cultures, dealing with virtual teams, and taking on new assignments all demand that leaders be flexible and agile. If we aren’t able to effectively adapt, then we run the risk of becoming incompetent in our role.
Thankfully, learning agility isn’t a set-in-stone skillset. Not everyone is born an agile learner, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be learned or improved upon.
Through different dimensions (mental, physical, etc.) Sophie Boissier will offer you a fun training to work on your creativity and your ability to adapt. She will guide you towards more agility. You will train your brain to switch from automatic mode to adaptive mode, move from reaction to action. You will learn how to continually develop, grow and utilize new strategies that will equip you for the increasingly complex problems you face in your organization. You will grow as an agile learner and gain the leverage you need to pivot and adapt in the middle of uncertainty and change. You will discover and develop the art of moving physically, to move emotionally and mentally !
