This evening event will explore the commonalities and differences in experiences when tackling customer engagement challenges across various organizations. All participants will have the opportunity to hear about some of the newest innovations in team and leadership training (some using AI), engage in thought-provoking discussions with peers in adjacent roles, and participate in interactive polls to share and compare, in real time, performance metrics, alignment with revenue targets, and the effectiveness of hiring and training practices.
