HBA DUBLIN PRESENTS

Embracing the unknown; adapting to change; seizing opportunity

This is the first seminar of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Assocation (HBA) to be held in Cork, in partnership with EY & KPC International. We have invited local female leaders, to inspire our audience with their stories of their own personal career and life journeys and engage in discussion, on how career challenges can become opportunities. Recently several large Life Science/Pharma Organizations have announced Gender Balance Targets, and like most companies, are also working to implement Gender Pay Equality legislation.

These are important developments that will create more opportunity for women at all levels. In these exciting times, we should all be ready to identify opportunities, overcome our internal barriers, and see possibilities for growth that we might never have considered. We will look at how a career path can change and evolve over time, and how changes in personal circumstances can be managed without negatively impacting your career.

The panel discussion moderator is Julianne Hogan of KPC International, panelists include Liz Dooley (Johnson & Johnson), Liz Henderson (Merck), Mark Meehan (Novartis) and Bernadette Doyle (GSK)
