In this first Workshop of the series (TITLE: Learning the ART framework), you will explore what is happening in a team system, and learn practical strategies to succeed applying the ART (Awareness - Relationships - Techniques) framework.
In the second Workshop of the series (TITLE: Drama! Drama! Understanding the Drama Triangle to increase your awareness and success in a team), you will learn about recurring patterns of behaviour including the persecutor, the rescuer and the victim. This is very real and relevant for the world of work. We will work through some real examples and identify strategies for change.
Teams are the unit of success in organisations. We all work in multiple teams and groups, both inside and outside the workplace. Join these 2 interactive and practical sessions to explore what is happening in a system and recurring patterns of behaviour, and learn practical strategies to succeed.
This is a series of 2 in-person events with a practical focus on strengthening your skills working in a team or as a team leader.
You can attend each one separately (see other registration pages for individual events in the HBA event calendar) but attending both offers continuity and greater synergy, with the following benefits:
