HBA FRANKFURT PRESENTS

Finding Gold: Tapping into the Resources Around You to Develop Your Career

Come join the HBA Community as we learn about using a growth mindset in very practical ways to leverage tools already available to us.

If you’ve been tasked to create a development plan and you’re not sure how to even begin, this discussion will be the spark you’re seeking. If you’re feeling anxious about putting your career aspiration into words, then this conversation will motivate you to take the next step in articulating your heart’s desire. If you’re thinking that perhaps you’re “too old” or “not ready” to pursue something more at work, participate in this conversation and be prepared to reconsider.

As a result of attending this program, attendees can expect to:

Be inspired to envision their future with new eyes as they discern development resources available in their current situation

Gain perspective about their current situation and frame their professional lives as a series of chapters

Learn new (or strengthen existing) skills in practicing positive self-talk to gain confidence for taking steps beyond their comfort zone
