Taming Your Inner Imposter

Join the HBA Philadelphia Chapter as we journey to overcome our inner imposter—that internal voice that is often our harshest critic.

We are thrilled to host exceptional female leaders who will help us explore how to recognize, navigate, and rise above feelings of inadequacy. Danette Conley, director of employee engagement at Incyte, along with Kari Gearhart and Ashley Tappan, authors of “Reach: Using Fitness to Grow Your Leadership: A Journal for Women”, will present tools and strategies for transforming self-doubt into leadership and strength. During a panel discussion moderated by Patty Henhoeffer, the speakers will discuss techniques for overcoming our own negative thoughts, enhancing self-awareness, and building confidence at various stages of a career.

This interactive event includes a free pre-event online self-assessment on the main types of imposter feelings. In our session, we'll learn about our profiles and discuss insights in a fun, honest conversation about the inner voice that holds us back.
