"Wie sieht die Realität von Frauen in Führung aus? Wie gestalten wir die Zukunft?" Wie funktioniert eigentlich (Top) JobSharing?- Diese und andere Fragen werden wir am 5.7.2024, 13-14:30 Uhr gemeinsam beleuchten und erörtern. HBA und Sanofi laden ein zu einem virtuellen Event mit dem Titel „Mutige Frauen, Starke Führung: Aufbruch in die Zukunft“. Dabei geht es um den Einfluss von Frauen in Führungspositionen auf Unternehmenserfolg und -Kultur, konkretes Feedback und Erfahrungen zur Organisation von Job Sharing und den Mehrwert für alle Beteiligten, gemeinsam eine Führungskultur der Zukunft zu formen & zu stärken.
