Create Your Own Path – Interaktives Interview Coaching: So wirst Du zur Kandidatin Nr. 1 (in German)

Deine Bewerbung war erfolgreich, die erste Hürde ist genommen: Du hast eine positive Rückmeldung bekommen, Dein Lebenslauf hat also überzeugt. Und nun? Was erwartet Dich in der zweiten Hürde zum Traumjob? Das erste Gespräch steht an und das Vorstellungsgespräch sollte auf keinen Fall einfach so auf Dich zu rollen. Studien zeigen, dass sich aber leider immer wieder Bewerber viel zu wenig mit dem Thema Bewerbungsgespräch auseinandersetzen.
Und dabei ist das Interview ein so wichtiger und zentraler Schritt im Mitarbeiterauswahlprozess. Bei effektiver Durchführung ermöglicht das Vorstellungsgespräch dem Arbeitgeber festzustellen, ob die Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Persönlichkeit eines Bewerbers den Anforderungen der Stelle entsprechen, ob man ins Team passt. Hier lauern also einige Herausforderungen, die sich aber gut vorbereiten und üben lassen!
Aber wie übt man ein Vorstellungsgespräch? Auf welche Punkte sollte man dabei besonders achten? Weißt Du auch, worauf es in Bezug auf Etikette, Kleidung, Pünktlichkeit ankommt? Welchen ersten Eindruck Du hinterlässt und wann Du Dich nicht scheuen solltest, selbst Fragen zu stellen?

Zur Speakerin:
Die Referentin, Kristine Capek, ist Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin der auf die Life Sciences Branche spezialisierten Personalberatung ANDRIS CAPEK CONSULTING in Berlin. Seit über zehn Jahren unterstützt Kristine als Personalberaterin Unternehmen bei der Besetzung herausfordernder Positionen. Bevor sie ACC gründete, baute sie als Führungskraft mehrere Recruitingabteilungen auf und führte standortübergreifend 20 Mitarbeitende in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig und München.
