HBA ZURICH-ZUG PRESENTS

Why am I enough?

Sometimes we are hesitant when it comes to showing our true selves at work. We may even bring a different persona into a professional context. These tendencies can often lead to compromised performance, self-sabotage and even manifest themselves as imposter syndrome.

We should be proud of who we are and the experiences that have shaped us into the unique individuals that we have become. It is important to incorporate this into our working lives and our leadership styles.

Leadership starts with first leading yourself. It starts with knowing who you are – your strengths, your values and most importantly your purpose.

This workshop is designed to bring awareness as well as guide you to reflect on your own personal journey – to bring more authenticity as a professional and a leader.

Conducted by renowned international coach, Terentia Browne, you will discover the following:
- Four core skills of emotional intelligence
- Imposter syndrome
- Limiting beliefs and vulnerability
- Tools to think differently

Learning all about authentic leadership will bring meaningful and purpose to you, your team and your organisation.
