HBA RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK PRESENTS

The Burnout Antidote - Thriving Through Change

HBA RTP Chapter is offering Wellness Wednesday sessions throughout 2025. Your wellness is important. For your life and career, and for those around you. Learn well-being tips with these informative and interactive sessions. You will hear practical strategies to help you focus on well-being for yourself, & your team, your organization, and your career.

HBA is partnering with Labcorp's Women's Empowerment Network (WEN) for our August Wellness Wednesday. Please join HBA RTP Chapter and Labcorp's Women's Empowerment Network - RTP as they facilitate a powerful session addressing the realities of burnout and how to overcome it. In today's pharma and biotech world where teams are lean, budgets are tight and change is constant, burnout has become an unspoken badge too many wear.

This event offers a fresh, practical approach to resilience: spotting the early signs of over-extension, shifting from grind mode to grounded, and setting boundaries that are sustainable even in high-pressure environments. We're honored to have two exceptional industry leaders who will bring the conversation on burnout out of the shadows and into the spotlight.

Crystal Weber and Janice Cutinho will tackle the burnout discussion head-on. With proven track records for leading successful teams and a passion for supporting women, they'll cut through the cliches to deliver valuable insights, real strategies and a vision to alleviate and possibly eliminate burnout. This is more than a talk --- it's a moment to pause, reflect and share with others. Whether you're seeking tools to thrive professionally or ways to nurture your personal well-being, this networking experience is your next step forward. Mark your calendar, invite a friend, and come fuel your mind and spirit with us.
