The Great Reengagement: Empowering the Workforce on Hybrid Opportunities

Many of us have heard of the Great Resignation, but how many have heard of the Great Reengagement? With record high resignations of employees, workplaces must step up their game to retain talent. After the pandemic, many organizations moved to a hybrid work arrangement, which has both positive outcomes, but also challenging ones, namely in the engagement of their employees. While strategies such as communications on goals, creating a culture of transparency, professional developmental opportunities, and engaging projects exist, implementation of these activities in a hybrid environment is more challenging. The ultimate goal is to create a workplace that is attractive and a prime destination for those seeking something new, challenging and rewarding. As companies reexamine their goals and the availability of talent in the current job market, the great reengagement proves to be one of most important ways to address this challenge.

HBA NNJ and CNJ chapters will be hosting a panel discussion event sponsored by Daiichi Sankyo on the great reengagement. Join the event to learn about creative ways from employers and employees to reengage the workforce.
