Culture and Innovation: How Women Will Influence the Future Healthcare Workforce

The healthcare landscape continues to evolve dynamically. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, women make 80 percent of health care decisions in the United States. We’ve seen more changes in healthcare in the past year than we have over the past few decades. Women are driving innovation and growth through our leadership, behaviors and preferences. Join us at the innovative healthcare incubator MATTER for an evening with Accenture to explore how gender parity, culture and innovation intersect and are driving how the future healthcare workforce will be shaped.
