Inclusive decision-making is more than some buzzwords. It effectively contributes to more motivated and empowered employees, having long-lasting effects on the organizational structure, innovation and success for a company. HBA offers a deep dive into inclusive decision-making with events coming in Q4 of 2024 flowing into 2025.
We’ll start with this first session covering the basics: What is inclusive decision-making and what does it look like to you individually? How does it affect people from different backgrounds? And how do you foster it in your team – even if you’re not the one who calls the shots?
