Perspectives: A Conversation Between Young Professionals and Senior Leaders
The HBA NYNJ Tomorrow's Executives (TE) young professional affinity group is hosting our third round of perspectives. Our previous rounds saw success in bringing forth open and candid dialogue between young professionals and senior leaders. This year we are excited to bring our signature event to JLABS @ NYC.
The event features a rotating roundtable session where young professionals will spend time with each of our speakers. The small groups offer a chance to ask questions and facilitate open conversation, allowing attendees to build mutual understanding and appreciation across career levels and generations. The evening is capped by a panel discussion where the speakers not only share ideas and personal stories about the pre-selected topics, but also what they have learned from the attendees at their roundtables.
