HBA BARCELONA PRESENTS

Trailblazing the Next Wave of Healthcare Innovation

Leading the Next Wave of Healthcare Innovation is a high-impact event designed to bring together founders, investors, academics and institutional leaders to explore how we are shaping the future of healthcare innovation. Through a dynamic format that combines a keynote, three parallel deep‑dive discussions, and a final synthesis, the event aims to create a space where participants can confront real leadership challenges, exchange perspectives across sectors, and co‑generate actionable insights. The program is structured to maximize engagement and reflection: A keynote establishes the shared mental model around leadership under uncertainty. Parallel group sessions allow participants to explore core themes in depth: strategic decision-making, innovation culture, and mentorship/sponsorship dynamics. A plenary wrap‑up brings all threads together and concludes with a clear call to action, ensuring participants leave with practical next steps

(Clara Cano) Mentorship, Sponsorship & Power: Careers and capital move through networks, and women must have equitable access to those networks.Sponsorship is a power relationship, not just a developmental one, and it changes outcomes (Aline Noizet & Andrea Barbiero - femtech)
