HBA Networking Event - Intuitive Ernahrung: Bewusst und intuitiv essen auch in der Weihnachtszeit
Das Thema Ernährung spielte und spielt wahrscheinlich für eine Mehrzahl an Frauen eine große Rolle. Auch heute wird Frauen in der Gesellschaft noch gern vorgelebt, wie sie auszusehen haben.
In dieser Veranstaltung gibt Kristin Hall dir erste Einblicke in die Intuitive Ernährung und warum es gerade in der vor uns liegenden Weihnachtszeit schwierig ist, das eigene Essverhalten zu akzeptieren. Wir werden auf körperlicher, mentaler und emotionaler Ebene das Essverhalten betrachten. Du kannst lernen, wie du im Alltag wieder entspannt und ohne schlechtes Gewissen essen kannst.
*Aber das Thema soll nur Anreiz für Gespräche geben, denn im Fokus dieses Events steht der Austausch, das Kennenlernen und Networking für unsere HBA Mitglieder!*
