Women's Health in the Workplace: Understanding, Acting, Engaging - Pfizer's Approach
At Pfizer, changing patients’ lives is a shared purpose that extends beyond innovation and science. It also means creating responsible, supportive, and health‑focused work environments that reflect the needs of the populations we serve.
In this context, Pfizer and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) are partnering to convene a dialogue around a critical topic: women’s health in the workplace.
The conference will bring together leaders, decision‑makers, innovators, and healthcare professionals to explore key health‑related challenges encountered in professional settings, highlight concrete internal and external initiatives that support health access and well‑being, and encourage experience sharing and open dialogue to strengthen collaboration and workplace trust.
Through discussion and collective learning, participants will examine how organizations can translate commitment into measurable outcomes, combining business priorities with community benefit.
The event will conclude with a networking reception, designed to foster connection, partnership, and a strong sense of community.
HBA events are open and accessible to all HBA members.
