Lattice as Strategy: Traveling Upwards and Sideways in my Journey to the C-Suite

Join Holly May, Chief Commercial Officer at AVROBIO and Susan Peppercorn, Founder and Executive Couch at Positive Workplace Partners, for an intimate and engaging virtual fireside chat about Holly's professional journey.

Geared towards Director level and above, but all are welcome!

Holly has held key US and Global Commercial leadership positions, with deep experience in sales, marketing, operations, strategic planning, and people development. Her broad range extends to therapeutic areas, where she's worked in immunology, hematology, inflammatory disease, inborn errors of metabolism and lysosomal storage diseases. She brings passion and perseverance to her work, and embraces the value of making lateral as well as upward moves in order to gain experience and breadth.

Holly will share learnings from her career journey, including some unconventional choices that paved the way for profound professional and personal growth. These choices ultimately led her to the C-suite at AVROBIO, a leading clinical stage gene therapy company based in Cambridge which Holly joined in October 2019.

Please join Holly, Susan, and HBA colleagues in what promises to be a candid and lively discussion.
