PEACE Workshops - Develop Your Listening Skills (event in French)
In today’s society, the ability to communicate effectively is becoming increasingly important. Daily pressures and demands often overtake our work, leaving limited time and energy to focus on power skills trainings. We rarely take time to better practice our listening.
Listening is not only about receiving language through the ears. Listening is not just about hearing. Observing, questioning, showing curiosity, paying attention to the context… the ability to listen begins with the notion of intention ! Through a training program, Sophie Boissier will help you to listen also to body language and other cues, in order to communicate more subtly and effectively. You will learn exercises to help you create automatisms in any situation, even the most stressful. You will become instantly more likely to understand tasks and projects, build strong relationships with co-workers, and also be able to solve problems and resolve conflicts. During this workshop, you will go beyond the simple perception of sound, you will come to the perception of your senses. You will improve your ability to gain an understanding of the needs, demands, and preferences of your stakeholders through direct interaction.
