Fireside Chat with Peak Performance and Women of Color Affinity Groups on Heart Health

A Virtual Fireside chat about your M.E.D.S. (Meditation, Exercise, Diet and Sleep) and your heart health. Participants will experience an engaging discussion about the importance of heart health, while celebrating the diversity of women, learning techniques and solutions on how to be better advocates for their health.

February is Heart Health Month. Be sure to join us for this engaging discussion!
