Dr. Katrin Schmidthals has more than 15 years of experience in the life science industry. She is a business-oriented leader with the ability to define and execute corporate strategy, corporate finance, M&A and financial planning & reporting. Before joining Thermosome, Katrin co-founded the biotech company ChromoTek and built it from scratch to a successful exit. As VP Finance and Administration, her areas of responsibility covered finance, administration, HR, IT and logistics.
Dr. Marion Jung has more than 20 years of experience in building Biotech companies. She was a Principal at renowned Venture Capital firm Earlybird Ventures for 12 years. Afterwards, she was a co-founder and CEO of ChromoTek since 2011 where she built the company towards a market leader in its segment. Marion successfully sold and integrated the company ChromoTek to the Proteintech Group in Illinois, USA. Since 2024 Marion serves as COO of T-CURX.
Dr. Kathrin Schönborn amassed a vast 30 years of experience in global leadership roles, most of the time with Merck KGaA. Today, as business angel and executive advisor, she purposefully supports female entrepreneurs. Kathrin has also been an active volunteer with the HBA for many years; in 2024 she was honored as the HBA STAR for her work in building HBA Europe.
Dr. Neha Pant is a biotech leader and Venture Partner at Going VC Partners with 18+ years of experience driving innovation, product strategy, and corporate growth.
