HBA LOS ANGELES PRESENTS

Menopause & Professional Life - Thriving Through Change

Menopause is a natural life transition, yet its impact on women's health, careers, relationships, and overall wellbeing is often misunderstood or overlooked.

Join HBA Los Angeles for an engaging and candid panel discussion exploring menopause, available treatment options, and practical strategies for navigating this stage of life while balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

Our featured speakers, Nicole Garcia, MD, of BodyLogicMD Newport Beach, and Rajinder Rai, PharmD, pharmacist, women's wellness coach, and founder of SunRais Health, will share their expertise and perspectives on menopause and midlife health.

Together, we'll explore common symptoms, misconceptions, hormone and non-hormonal treatment approaches, and the impact menopause can have on sleep, cognitive function, confidence, workplace performance, and leadership.

The conversation will also address self-advocacy, navigating healthcare decisions, and fostering greater understanding and support in our workplaces and communities.

Whether you're experiencing menopause yourself, preparing for this stage of life, or simply want to better understand and support colleagues, friends, or loved ones, this event is for you.

The evening will feature an interactive panel discussion, audience Q&A, and opportunities to network and connect with other professionals.

Come with your questions, gain valuable insights, and be part of a conversation that helps normalize menopause while empowering women to continue thriving personally and professionally.
