DE&I Series - How to involve ERGs for greater business impact?
Employee Resource Groups are a great way to heighten inclusion, allyship and DE&I engagement in the company. Beyond internal benefits, ERGs can be instrumental in creating business impact as well - specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. In this session, we explain how ERGs can contribute to the benefit of your patient populations and your (external) DE&I strategy at large.
