A Midweek Reset: Shifting Stressful Thought Patterns
Join us for an interactive Wellness Wednesday workshop led by Georgia Homsany focused on shifting negative thought patterns that can impact our well-being.
Drawing inspiration from her book You’re Not Lazy: Change Your Words to Change Your Worth, this session explores how the thousands of thoughts we experience each day influence stress, motivation, and self-perception. Participants will be introduced to practical techniques for reframing unhelpful thoughts into more supportive, balanced perspectives.
This is a hands-on workshop designed to create space for personal reflection and discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to work through common statements and negative self-talk, practicing how to thoughtfully shift language and perspective in a way that feels more positive.
No prior experience with journaling or mindset work is needed—just a willingness to reflect, participate, and walk away with simple tools you can use in everyday life.
Come as you are, take a pause mid-week, and leave with a refreshed mindset and strategies you can return to whenever stress or negative thinking shows up.
