HBA LYON PRESENTS

PEACE Workshops - Develop Your Co-Responsibility (event will be held in French)

The co-responsibility in a group or in a company therefore does not primarily depend on the individual employee’s position in the hierarchy, but on his personal development. Regardless of your hierarchical level, your personal contribution counts as much as your skill and attitude when it comes to impacting a performance involving your share of responsibility.

The watchword of this workshop: DARE! Dare to position yourself in a situation, dare to speak out, dare to take initiatives, dare to take your responsibilities… dare to be yourself and rediscover your power of action.

During this session, Sophie Boissier will offer you exercises to bring the best of yourself to serve the collective and common goal. You will learn to recognize what is common between your representations and those of others, and also what is different. She will teach you how to express and share your representations to build the path towards a more efficient collaboration.

You want to move towards more efficiency by taking your responsibilities and initiatives, while being authentic and agile with the environment and the community around you? If so, join the HBA Lyon chapter and learn more about co-responsibility!
