HBA BOSTON CAMBRIDGE METRO PRESENTS

Designing What’s Next. A Leadership Workshop for leaders in Biopharma

Join the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and Somersault Innovation for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to help biopharma professionals strengthen their leadership and innovation capabilities through Design Thinking. Led by Ashley Welch, CEO of Somersault Innovation, this interactive session will introduce practical, human-centered tools that can help leaders navigate complexity, solve challenging business problems, and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

Participants will work alongside peers from across the biopharma industry in collaborative exercises that bring Design Thinking concepts to life. Through guided discussions and real-world applications, attendees will learn how to uncover new opportunities, build influence across matrixed teams, and make more confident decisions in uncertain environments.

Whether you lead a team, manage programs, or aspire to expand your leadership impact, this workshop will provide actionable frameworks and fresh perspectives that can be immediately applied in your day-to-day work. In addition to valuable learning, participants will have the opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and expand their network within the biopharma community.
