HBA PEAK PERFORMANCE AFFINITY GROUP AND HBA PHILADELPHIA SUBURBS AND HBA MID-ATLANTIC REGION PRESENT

Hit Play, Not Pause: Menopause in the Workplace

Being informed about your health is critical to your wellness and performance. Menopause is a major life transition, and one that can take place in the prime time of your career, family, and life! With the right information women can be supported for success. The HBA Suburban Delaware Valley Chapter and Peak Performance Affinity Group is proud to offer an enlightening discussion on the menopause journey with clinical experts from Organon.

Hear from a diverse panel of Organon professionals and allies who will discuss the physiological, emotional, and social impacts of menopause. Learn what you need to know to successfully manage your menopause journey before, during and after. The panel will be led by Patricia Carney, MD a board-certified OB/Gyn, who spent much of her career focused on women in menopausal transition and was a member and certified menopause clinician within the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) for many years.

Celebrate how menopause is not the end but a new beginning! Learn how Organon is supporting its’ employees globally, and the support available for anyone going through this journey. Attendees will receive resources to help them better understand menopause and how to advocate for themselves.

Organon is a global healthcare company formed to focus on improving the health of women throughout their lives. Their vision is "A better and healthier every day for every woman." We strive to make sure that at each phase of a woman’s life, we make it a little easier not just for them but the families and communities they belong to.

Note: Talent acquisition members from Organon will be available at the event, so bring your resume if you are interested in connecting with the team during the upfront networking portion of the evening. (A reminder will be sent with your event registration confirmation).
