The Future of HealthCare: Humans and AI Working Together

AI is already becoming part of how healthcare and life sciences organizations innovate, generate insights, make decisions, engage stakeholders, and solve complex problems. But we are still at the beginning of understanding what meaningful Human–AI collaboration can truly look like.
This event will explore the evolution of the Human–AI partnership across healthcare - from how humans and AI are working together today to how that collaboration may transform healthcare tomorrow.
The conversation will examine three connected questions:
TODAY: How are humans and AI collaborating now?
Where is AI already augmenting human expertise across healthcare and life sciences, and what are we learning from these early models of collaboration?
EVOLUTION: How will the partnership need to change?
As AI becomes more capable, how will human roles, skills, leadership, decision-making, trust, accountability, and ways of working need to evolve?
TOMORROW: What could Human–AI collaboration become?
How might humans and AI work together in the healthcare ecosystem of the future - and how can AI amplify rather than replace distinctly human strengths such as judgment, empathy, creativity, ingenuity, connection, and purpose?
Through a keynote, expert panel discussion, audience engagement, and networking, the event will connect today’s healthcare realities with tomorrow’s possibilities, exploring how we can intentionally shape a future in which human intelligence and artificial intelligence complement one another to create greater impact for healthcare organizations, professionals, and ultimately patients.
