AI is no longer a future conversation in pharma. Many organizations have experimented, but very few have successfully scaled AI into real, enterprise-wide impact. This event goes beyond the basics to explore what it actually takes to move from early pilots to sustained capability. You will hear from leaders who are actively building and scaling AI across commercial and enterprise functions, sharing honest insights on what worked, what failed, and how they adapted along the way.
