HBA NEW YORK PRESENTS

A new year, a new perspective: Unlocking the power of YOU

Unlocking the power of You, starts from within. This is a fundamental personal and professional development workshop that will have immediate impact on your professional growth. If you are looking to develop the leader in you, amplify your voice, build clarity, confidence and/or the ability to connect this is for you.

We first and foremost start from within by understanding how we show up, the impact we have, our mindset and choices. Amy will share the fundamentals of Energy Leadership(TM), how to recognize which of the 7 levels you are at, how that’s working for or against you, how to breakthrough blocks holding you back and ultimately how to maximize your energy and mindset for success.

Start the new year right with new perspectives and unlock the power of YOU!

And: 2 Lucky participants will receive an ELI – Energy Leadership Index Assessment, debrief and coaching session with Amy. A random drawing will be held at the end of the workshop; Coaching session/debrief is for 1.5 hours.
