HBA SUBURBAN DELAWARE VALLEY AND HBA PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Emerging from the Pandemic with New Life and Work Strategies

The pandemic has been a life-changing event that has taken us down unexpected paths. The loss and grief for some are unimaginable. Most of us have experienced a significant disruption to our work, our relationships, and our everyday routines. The road to recovery and normalcy will be a long journey.

As we shift toward hope and healing, the realities of integrating back to the office, sending kids to school, and being able to gather with family and friends, all feels closer. And while the chaos of the last year was far from pleasant, we have learned a lot about ourselves, our work habits, and our capacity for resilience.

Please join us for an engaging HBA panel discussion about the return to normalcy. Panelists will discuss how the pandemic has changed us and reset our priorities. Some companies and individuals have thrived in a WFH model and established greater trust among colleagues. Many businesses have encouraged a focus on mental health and provided resources for self-care. Panelists will cover the silver linings of forced innovation and what they predict will stick long after the pandemic is over, along with tactics, for how we smoothly and slowly integrate back into the office.

**The first 50 registered attendees will receive a Yeti® Tumbler from Grant Thornton.

Note: Registered attendees will receive an email from HBA Customer Support (hba@hbanet.org) upon registration and 1-hour before the meeting start with Zoom details (Link, Meeting ID, Passcode).
