HBA BRUSSELS PRESENTS

The Workplace Matrix: Discover Your DISC Style

Ever wondered why you can relate to that one colleague better than to the other? Ever seen a colleague act different at work than in spare time? Ever questioned why you are so tired after a day at work?

Maybe the challenge lies in your communication and behavioral style and that is where DISC can help. (The DISC framework is a behavioral model that categorizes human communication and working styles). There are 4 styles and each have their own traits, not good or bad, just different. All of us have a natural preference for 1 of them but we can master multiple.

Want to get introduced to the 4 styles, your preference and how to interact with other styles? Come and learn with us.

Learning Objectives

  1. Create awareness of the DISC framework and enhance leadership
