HBA LYON PRESENTS

Biomerieux & HBA Workshop: Reframing Personal & Professional life Balance

This workshop will be about the transitions between home and work, work and leisure time, the activities we love, important endeavors and our performance objectives. In this “two women show” in interaction with the audience, Trudi and Caroline will push and pull at questions submitted by participants around the subject.

Through simple exercises we can do anywhere, in a few minutes or even seconds, Caroline will help us feel grounded in the present in everything we do, and the importance of personal and professional life balance. Trudi will demonstrate how to consciously take back the lead and responsibility for how we experience our professional engagements as an integral part of our lives. The session will be held in French but with the possibility to interact in English as Trudi and Caroline are bilingual. The event will conclude with a networking cocktail.
