Healthcare in 2030: Critical competencies for the next generation of executive leaders

New technologies, regulations, and ways of working are shaping the trajectory of healthcare and biotech. What are the skills and expertise that senior leaders will need to have in ~2030 in order to navigate new business challenges? At this event you will learn about evolving leadership needs and how to position yourself as the next generation of executive talent. In a panel discussion, attendees will hear from leaders in both large established and smaller emerging organizations sharing individual points of view on emerging trends. The speakers will explore the competencies and behaviors you will need to position yourself for an executive leadership role in ~2030. Following the panel discussion, panel members will lead small group breakouts, providing a unique opportunity to meet and get advice from HBA LA’s key advisors in an intimate setting.

Onsite (walk-in) registration: Is allowed

    Onsite registration is not recommended. If you choose to register onsite, please arrive at least fifteen

    Only credit card payments are accepted. Nonmembers are advised to create an HBA profile
    prior to arriving.
