Accelerated Leadership: Developing Influence Up, Down and Across the Organization

Please join HBA Marlbrough in an educational event and discussion about developing strong influencing skills.

An accomplished panel of speakers offers suggestions using their own experiences. This is the opportunity to discover and discuss how and why building influencing skills are important in building a successful career. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to develop a self leadership framework to effectively overcome conflicts, how to have crucial conversations and how to increase your influence without formal authority across the organization.
