HBA BERLIN PRESENTS

Beyond the mere facts: Decoding the hidden rules of an organization to run projects successfully

To land our project or strategy in our organisations takes primarily hard, diligent work and best-in-class expertise - but there is more to it: Often it is not the facts and good intentions alone that tell the story, but we need the buy-in of colleagues, sponsors, other functions to advance our case effectively. Ideally beforehand. Latest if we get stuck.

Especially for scientists moving into leading roles, this "political" work can be hard and frustrating. So, how can we decode the hidden rules in organisations, anticipate roadblocks and fuel effective collaboration beyond our direct team or function?

We'll share personal learnings, provide you with perspectives of organisational leadership and engage you in interactive discussions for your very personal take aways: Dr. Miriam Jacobs from Astra Zeneca (Leader of WIS Affinity Group Europe), Anna von Bismarck and Dr. Sebastian Barnutz from Metaplans LifeScience Practice. Snacks and drinks are provided.
