Like and follow me – Netzwerken als Erfolgsfaktor der Karriere (Virtual in German)

Networking - what is that actually?
The word network means:
[1] (network-like) connection of several people or objects
[2] Computer science: several computers connected for data exchange or their connection
In the webinar "Like and follow me - Networking as a success factor in career", everything revolves around the connection and communication between different people. You can do more together than alone. But how does a functioning network develop, how do I communicate effectively and what are the options?

When looking at networks, there are an almost infinite number of examples. Take the human brain, a pack of wolves or the rail network. And there are rules for every network. In order to network effectively with other people, it is helpful to know these rules, to have the right attitude and to make targeted use of the available resources.

Do you want to expand your professional career, are you looking for partners for a new project or do you just want to learn and get to know people? By maintaining interpersonal contacts, new opportunities open up again and again. Take advantage of this!

But small talk with strangers or colleagues you don't deal with on a daily basis can be enjoyable for one person and stressful for another. How do we network with others without forgetting to have fun? How do we manage to see networks as a natural companion in everyday life? Are women worse networkers than men?

Let yourself be inspired by various specialists and learn how to make your network bloom. Martina Haas, networking expert, speaker, bestselling author and lecturer, even recommends "... a double networking strategy: spontaneously take every networking option that appears to be promising and proceed strategically for certain plans or projects."
