HBA NORTHERN NEW JERSEY PRESENTS

Tools To Help You Address Gender Parity In Your Workplace

Bonnie Marcus, author of "The Politics of Promotion," will moderate an evening focused on gender parity with panelists from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields who share their own workplace experiences and thoughts.

In the workplace today, women still fall behind men at every stage of their career, start at lower salaries and are promoted at lower rates. While 80% of workers in healthcare and social assistance fields are women, there is only 40% female representation at the executive level. The HBA and Novartis will host a panel discussion with women from various backgrounds who share how they have dealt with these experiences in the workplace. The audience will feel empowered to address gender parity in their own work environment based on the discussion and the real examples provided.

Please join us on 6 April to learn more about gender parity and what you can do to take charge of your career.
