Unlock Your Influence: A Guide to Inclusive Decision Making
Inclusive decision making is a powerful tool for everyone in the workplace, not just leaders. It involves valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a collaborative environment where every voice is heard. Join HBA for a series of events starting in January 2025 , designed for professionals at all levels. These sessions will explore the fundamentals and practical applications of inclusive decision making.
Our first session will introduce the basics: What is inclusive decision making, and how does it affect you? How does it benefit people from diverse backgrounds? And how can you encourage it within your team, regardless of your role?
Marc Timmerman from Timmer Haus BV will start with a keynote speech, followed by a stimulating panel discussion featuring Marc, Sabine Hutchinson (CEO and Co-founder of Seuss+, Former President EMEA Operating Board), and Sean Yap (Global Head of Communications DE&I at Sanofi). This virtual event is open to junior, mid, and senior-level professionals.
This series will challenge your inherent biases and inspire you to stand up for your colleagues, promoting a healthier office culture and better decision-making. Join us on this enlightening journey!
