HBA SAN DIEGO PRESENTS

Networking and Yoga!

Join fellow HBA members in a celebration of International Yoga Day and networking! Yoga which means to “unite” is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in India. In this event, Karen Marmolejo will lead you through a 40-minute guided Yoga session followed by an opportunity for members to network. Please bring water and yoga mat (there will be a few extra mats if you forget yours).

About your instructor:
Karen Marmolejo was born in Mexico and migrated with her family to the United States at the age of 10. She has a B.S. in General Biology from UC San Diego and a M.S. Quality Assurance in Service and Healthcare from CalState Dominguez Hills. Karen currently works at Illumina as a Supplier Quality Engineer. After years of being a dedicated yoga student, she obtained her 200hr Yoga certification in November 2022 and established Alux Healing Center in April 2023. She is passionate about community building and advocate of work-life balance.
