HBA Calming Your Inner Critic Workshop & "Drink’n’Think" Networking

Join us on for this HBA event in collaboration with Innovate Cambridge at the Glasshouse in Cambridge where Victoria Higgins (The Science Leaders Coach @ Beyond-The-Noise) will deliver a workshop on “Calming Your Inner Critic” followed by “Drink’n’Think” networking opportunity.

Your inner critic - always showing up uninvited to ruin your confidence. In this workshop, you'll invite the grump along as your plus one. Through partner exercises and practical tools, you'll shift from being paralysed by criticism to understanding the protective intention behind it. The result? A calmer inner voice that warns rather than attacks, and a more confident you who knows how to listen without being derailed.

Car Park: The nearest car park is the Cambridge Station Car Park, Cambridge Leisure Parking or Queen Anne Carpark. Public Transportation: The Cambridgeshire Guided Buses stop outside. Cambridge Train Station is 10 minutes walk to the venue. Bicycle parking is available outside the Botanic House, there is secure indoor parking at Cambridge Station.
