We all work in various teams and groups, both inside and outside the workplace. Can tension in a team ever be a good thing? How do you effectively navigate negative tensions? In this interactive and experiential session, you will explore these questions while increasing your awareness of group dynamics and reflecting on how teamwork functions as a system. You will be equipped with practical strategies for fostering more positive and productive collaborations. Bring your questions and curiosity to this engaging workshop - everyone is welcome!
Meet our speakers:

Philip Atkinson is a leadership coach based in Basel. He is the founder of Hive-Logic Coaching & Communications and the author of 'Bee Wise - 12 Leadership Lessons from a Busy Hive'.

Dave Kesby is an Organisational Coach based in Winchester, UK, and spends a lot of time in Basel teaching coaching skills with Philip and supporting leaders at Roche and Novartis etc. He is the author of a key textbook on team dynamics, 'Extra-Dependent Team - Realising the Power of Similarity.' He believes everyone deserves to be led well.

This is an in-person event taking place at Hotel Odelya, Missionsstrasse 21a, 4055 Basel with a maximum of 40 attendees.
Join us for an Apéro from 18.00 - 18.30, followed by the session, which starts promptly at 18.30 and concludes at 20.00.
Keeping things on a high note, following the event, we will adjourn to Mandir Restaurant, Basel for a curry and to continue fostering old and new connections. All are welcome!
