HBA VIENNA PRESENTS

Living Balance – Successfully integrating Career & Personal Life

Building engaged, performance driven teams, attracting and retaining top talent, and increasing gender diversity, especially in senior roles, are all critical issues for any organization. With parents making up more than 80% of the workforce, and balancing work and family being especially relevant to the age group 30 - 45, building better workplaces for parents and care givers provides a significant opportunity to positively impact business success.
We are excited to introduce 4 individuals who are taking actions to build better workplaces for care givers. Participants of this educational event will be equipped with ideas and best practices they can use in discussions with their organizations to leverage in the transformation of a better workplace.
