• Abertura: Realizada por líderes da BMS, incluindo Michelle Calope (SVP, Intercon Region) e Christiano Silva (General Manager, Brasil).

Destaques da Programação
O evento será dividido em três blocos temáticos que abordam diferentes fases da jornada profissional:
1. Bio-Estratégia: Focado em intencionalidade, gestão da "janela de oportunidade" biológica e o uso da ciência (como o congelamento de óvulos) para ampliar escolhas de carreira.
2. Broken Rung (O Degrau Quebrado): Discussão sobre as barreiras invisíveis e vieses inconscientes que dificultam a primeira grande promoção para a liderança.
3. High Stakes: Aborda os desafios de chegar e se manter no C-Level, a importância do patrocínio (sponsorship) e o papel de "puxar outras mulheres" para o topo.
