The P.I.E. Theory of Success: “I” and “E”

Come join the Cincinnati HBA to learn about the P.I.E. Theory of Success – Performance, Image, and Exposure. During this series, we will hear from speakers Michael Q. Dozier and Ralphfiel Farrar about this popular framework that will empower members to find the key to success and recognition in their careers. As we all know, it takes more than great performance to get ahead. The idea of keeping your head down and working hard has become an oversimplified, outdated mindset, but learning about how to apply the theory of P.I.E. could be transformative in helping you finally land that promotion or recognition you’ve been seeking.

In addition to hearing from our expert speakers, there will be time dedicated to networking and connection before and after the speaker portions of the evening for those eager to engage with other HBA members and attendees. Snacks and beverages will also be available to enjoy. We hope to see you there!
